Why Technology Is Better Than Your Regular Girlfriend

For eg. If an internet page is unavailable it simply returns 404 instead of cheating you and taking you to some other website. Similarly when you go to buy a Laptop or a Gadget you simply read the specs and specifications. Whats written is what you get. HTML is also a great eg. here. The WSIWYG is the bottom line.Your girlfriend on the other hand will say that she is helping her “mom” with some “knitting” when actually she is out riding and grinding on the backseat of the jock’s new bike.

Your iPod will never complain one night of “not-in-the-mood” or perhaps “try-something-different”. You press play and pump up the volume and it will play! If a webpage is down then its downright down. You can try your dark-arts but it wont work. Your girlfriend will however never be clear. Do you want to go out? Do you want to see a movie? Do you want to frekin’ sleep? It is never clear, always kept hanging(sometimes literally :p)

The fundamental concept of every relationship is best followed by technology. Regular girlfriends never understand this concept! Its receive and uh-forget! Its always a two-way traffic.
And even if the bits and bytes collide they try their best to repeat and resend the data.

CSS, Javascript, Photoshhop, Illustrator… The list is endless and the creations are simply magnificent. The best thing- they will last forever. To counter her devil-in-disguise self, your regular girlfriend wears makes up(make up is water proof? bravo! :p). And trust me an beautifully made web page or the metal finish of a HTC Touch is way better looking than a great looking girl.

Technology is the most selfless thing you can find. If you are little patient and careful, technology always gives you the best and perfect results(no strings attached). If you write a program to add 10,000 and -2980 and multiply it with the log(e¹⁰) it will do it. You ask your girlfriend to call you at night and 9 out of 10 times she will make an lame excuse the next day

Yep, this maybe hard to believe but in the long run a girlfriend is more expensive than technology. The running cost of a girlfriend is about 100 bucks(average) every week. Now imagine if you use technology to your advantage the number of movies, songs and other goodies you can enjoy sitting at home with *no fee*. And if you corporate jackasses are pointing to your Windows box then you need to try Open Source.And don’t get all legal with me.. I can assure you that everything you do with your girlfriend aient all that legal ! If it is legal it sure is one heck of a secret(secrecy leads to added tension and causes heart attacks in males ) Not to mention time and energy wastage…but thats for couch potatoes like us

Which bring me to my final point…

Technology is truly universal and blessed gift that is for everyone to use. Unlike those bitches that roam on the street acting all picky and choosy about which sucker they want to date. Technology is for hardcore geeks to the cool-stylish dude. So the next time some girl rejects you, slap this on her face : I am embracing GNU/Linux , you can go kiss my ass bi-A-tch
